POLICY

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking, whether for events, commercial projects, or personal projects.
The remaining balance must be paid right after the shoot. Failure to complete payment on time may lead to a delay in project delivery or a pause in service.

Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 2 days before the project date.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 2 days before the project date without a fee, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or family emergencies. If rescheduling is required due to events beyond the client’s control, FreeMindsFilms will make every effort to accommodate a new date based on availability.

FreeMindsFilms will provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal. Any changes in scope, such as additional scenes, extra hours, or significant alterations to the original project plan, may result in additional fees.
Communication is essential; all scope changes should be communicated in advance to avoid delays.

FreeMindsFilms retains ownership of all raw footage and project files. Clients receive a license to use the final edited material for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the contract.
Unless specified otherwise in writing, FreeMindsFilms reserves the right to use project footage for promotional purposes, including social media, website portfolios, and advertisements.

The standard editing timeline is 3 weeks, depending on project complexity. Expedited edits are available for an additional rush fee.
Clients are allowed up to [number of revisions] on the final product. Additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra charge.
If there are any specific editing preferences, clients should communicate these before editing begins to help ensure the final product meets expectations.

FreeMindsFilms respects client confidentiality and will not share sensitive or private footage beyond promotional use. Any specific confidentiality agreements will be honored if arranged in advance.

Projects within a 20miles radius are included in the standard rate. Any travel beyond this radius will incur additional travel and/or accommodation fees.

While FreeMindsFilms takes great care to ensure high-quality results, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failure, adverse weather, or client-provided restrictions that impact the project.

Raw footage is stored for up to 60 days after project completion. After this period, FreeMindsFilms reserves the right to delete the footage unless the client has made specific archiving arrangements in advance.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and necessary details for the project to progress smoothly. Any delays in providing information or feedback may affect the final delivery date.

By booking with FreeMindsFilms, clients agree to all terms outlined in this policy. Any special terms or exceptions must be discussed and included in the written agreement prior to booking confirmation.
